Booking & Scheduling

How do I book a consultation?

  1. Visit our Services page
  2. Choose the service that fits your needs
  3. Click the booking button
  4. Select an available time slot
  5. Complete the booking form

What if I need to reschedule?

You can reschedule your booking up to 24 hours before the session. Contact us via email or use the reschedule link in your confirmation email.

What’s your cancellation policy?

  • 48+ hours notice: Full refund
  • 24-48 hours notice: 50% refund
  • Less than 24 hours: No refund

Do you offer weekend appointments?

Currently, we offer sessions Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM EST. For urgent needs, contact us to discuss weekend availability.

Sessions & Delivery

How are sessions conducted?

All sessions are conducted via video call using Zoom or Google Meet. You’ll receive a meeting link in your confirmation email.

What should I prepare before my session?

  • Specific questions you’d like answered
  • Any relevant code, documents, or context
  • A stable internet connection

Will I receive a recording?

Session recordings are available upon request. Please let us know at the start of your session if you’d like it recorded.

Do you provide written summaries?

Yes, for sessions over 1 hour, we provide a written summary of key points and action items within 24 hours.
